Spring break will be here before we know it and I don't really want to be the person sitting at home looking at everyone's Snapchat stories and wishing I was doing something fun and exciting. I've always wanted to travel the world but always felt like those dreams were out of reach. People always tell me that first I have to get a good education, a good job, and then I could Travel. But then, how much time will this job let me have to travel? Don't get me wrong, having an education is very important and usually the goal is to have a good job. But right now I'm young, full of energy, and want to do something fun and amazing while I still can.

So, I think that I will take this opportunity, and here's how I'll do it.

Traveling Without the Huge Cost

I was looking for plane tickets to Melbourne, Australia since I have family there and was thinking that if i wanted to, I could stay with them. I looked up plane ticket prices on Google and found the cheapest ticket for $1,567 and that same price on Kayak.com. But I was able to find plane tickets for $40 less just because I'm a college student. Student Universe offers travel deals for college/university students on flights, hotels, and tours. Their app is simple, efficient, and secure. Another great app I love for traveling is Airbnb. It offers great vacation rentals, homes/apartments and rooms at great prices.

I already have my summer planned out with a group of friends and I love the option of homes we get to stay in. Airbnb also suggest this for you to do in different places and where to take your next trip. My week trip to Australia would cost anywhere from $1,543 to $2,900.

Spring Break Contemplation and The Future

There has been a lot going on and I'm sure that a lot of people feel that they need a break.

Planing your spring break or just a trip would give you something to really look forward to. There is only forward and forward we must go! Think about the things that you can do to change something if you don't like it. Like Gandhi said, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world. So, the craziest election (see how Trump travels) happened, but there is so much more than that. Let's avert our attention for just a little while, there is still so much that awaits us.
