"Conan Exiles", the widely popular barbarian-themed survival game is getting another big addition coming this month. Funcom announced the Year 2 Season Pass this week which will consist of four major gaming updates. They are the Treasures of Turan, Riders of Hyboria, Blood, and Mysteries of Acheron.
Funcom has already released the first of those updates, the Treasures of Turan, which is now available today on PC and PlayStation 4 console. However, the Treasure of Turan will be going to be late on the Xbox One console. Players can now check the newly released trailer below, to get more info about this update.
What the new update will bring to the Conan gaming world
As mentioned earlier by the game developer/publisher Funcom in their press release, the latest DLC expansion pack will introduce the opulent gilded palaces of Turanian culture to the savage Conan Exiles world. With this new update, players will now be able to build places with glittering statues along with wild animals like elephants and rhinos. Additionally, the update will also allow players to wear Phalanx armor and dress with Turanian silks.
Other big additions include 39 Turanian building pieces, 15 new armor pieces compiled in three sets (light, medium and heavy sets with an epic end-game version for each set), 9 new weapons set in one Turanian weapon set, 5 new Turanian warpaints, 9 new placeables (which Funcom said can be craft at the new Artisan table), and 2 new exclusive pack animal skins.
The Conan Exiles Year 2 Season Pass will be priced at $30, but players will have the option to buy each individual DLC pack for only $10, Funcom said in their website. The Conan Exiles Year 2 Season Pass will be made available first on PC and PlayStation 4, while the Xbox update is still coming soon.
The newly released Treasure of Turin is now available on PC and PlayStation 4.
Conan Exiles is currently available on Windows PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming consoles.
