The latest updates for "Final Fantasy XV" reveal brand new DLC and PC mod organizer for the sequel. Square Enix announced that they will be releasing a ton of new updates for the "FFXV" in the console versions, Window's Edition, and the Pocket Edition. This new content can allow video game fans to explore more details about the game and will keep them busy for a while, as the Japanese publisher and game developers are working hard to add more DLC episodes for next year.

Square Enix will also be hosting a conference at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event as they discuss and showcase their new features and line-ups for their video game titles.

Party Pack and mod organizer coming this week

According to Siliconera, Square Enix will launch new DLC updates for "Final Fantasy XV" this week. The first of these updates is the "Party Pack" DLC for the sequel's online multiplayer mode, "Comrades," on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The items include party glasses and character masks of the four main castmembers; Noctis, Prompto, Gladiolus, and Ignis. Players can download these items for free on June 5.

The second update is the "Mod Organizer" for "FFXV: Window's Edition" and this allows PC users to modify certain aspects of the game from characters to weapon appearances and parameters. PC users are also required to use a 3D model for them to try the organizer, but there will be numerous samples for them to try out.

They can also share their mods within the Steam community. Square Enix plans to launch it on June 7.

Other DLC updates include a new recipe for Ignis to cook, a function to skip cutscenes in Chapter 3, and highly requested bug fixes and patch notes on June 7, VG247 reported. Square Enix also announced that the "FFXV: Pocket Edition" will be available in the PC on June 6.

New DLC episode for 'FFXV'

Four new character episodic chapters will be heading to "Final Fantasy XV" next year as Square Enix will work on stories for characters Ardyn Izunia, Aranea Highwind, Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, and Noctis.

The first episode will focus on Ardyn's history before the events of the main story, and how his hatred for the Astrals and the Lucis Family grew to the extent of madness.

Aranea's story will feature her last days in the Empire and Square Enix describes it as her "worst day ever."

Luna's story will reveal her faith after her death in the main story. Game director Hajime Tabata wanted to make a DLC chapter about her alongside Ardyn. The last DLC chapter will focus on Noctis' final battle in the main story.

Video game fans are hoping that Square Enix will showcase them at E3 2018.
