Game publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team Ninja have some big news for the fans of “Nioh.” In addition to the much-anticipated release of the new Bloodshed’s End DLC next week, the pair has also announced plans for the release of the brand new Nioh Complete Edition.

According to Siliconera, Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja are now getting ready for the release of the game’s final DLC pack next week. However, before that big release, the duo has decided to share some details of the upcoming content by unveiling a new batch of screenshots. PS4 players are expecting even bigger news coming from the game developer and publisher.

What’s new about the Nioh Complete Edition

As mentioned earlier by Siliconera, Koei Tecmo has announced plans to release a Nioh Complete Edition in Japan (digital copy) on November 7. This will soon be followed by a physical release on December 7. The publisher made the big announcement at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. The newly announced Nioh Complete Edition will include the base game and all three post-release add-ons, which include the “Defiant Honor,” “Dragon of the North,” and “Bloodshed.”

In addition, the game’s digital edition will also include five original weapons, while the physical edition will include an artwork-filled strategy guide along with an original mini soundtrack CD.

What to expect from the upcoming DLC pack

Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo are reportedly getting ready for the upcoming release of the game’s final DLC pack, the “Bloodshed’s End.” Ahead of the big release, the developer and publisher have shared some brand new screenshots of the upcoming contents. The new DLC pack will be released to the gaming world on September 26 for $9.99.

However, the new DLC will be free for those players who already acquired a "Nioh" season pass.

As reported earlier by Wccftech, the newly released screenshots showcase some of the new locations, new characters, new Guardian Spirits, new human enemies, and new Yokai. Additionally, it also shows a brand new difficulty mode and the new mode called “The Abyss.”

One of the major highlights of this upcoming DLC pack is the brand new mode “The Abyss,” which will offer epic battles and unique challenges for the game’s most skilled players.

Here, players will be given a chance to prove their abilities and skills in a perpetual battleground.

Finally, the new “Bloodshed’s End” DLC marks the end of the post-launch support for the game. The upcoming DLC pack will launch on September 26 in all regions. “Nioh” is currently available only on Sony’s PS4 gaming consoles.
