There has been some pretty intense backlash against "Injustice 2" following a patch that was released that accidentally deleted all in-Game Gear for players. The studio immediately alleviated it, however, as NetherRealm Studios took to Twitter early Saturday morning to share that a new patch has been made available for players on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One that will "address the deletion of Gear." The studio didn't say much else, but here's a quick rundown of the patch notes for Update 1.11, which is set to fix all deleted gear issues.

Update 1.11 addresses Update 1.08 general gameplay issues

"Injustice 2" players on PlayStation 2 and Xbox One are now recommended to download the Update 1.11 patch, which rectifies issues from Update 1.09. The new update features general gameplay fixes, including general stability and Online stability improvements, as well as increased Base Stats on Legendary items. The update has reduced the required "minutes played with" in the Legendary Multiverse Events, from 3,000 to 1,000, and from 7,000 down to 3,000.

Players will also notice that the Legendary Multiverse Portals are now available for characters like Black Adam, Brainiac, Catwoman, Deadshot, Flash, Scarecrow, and Supergirl. The Legendary Multiverse Events will now also use Rare or Epic items.

Meanwhile, the fix also includes some changes to Character Tutorials and has also added some dynamic shadows to a number of character items that previously didn't have them.

Stages have also been fixed

"Injustice 2" players who pay a lot of attention to the stages will notice that Update 1.11 also brings several fixes to the stages.

For one, the Arkham Asylum's bus door now opens the right way, while Atlantis' environment boundaries have been fixed so that characters don't go out of bounds when using the console slam interaction.

Metropolis now allows movement outside of the environment boundaries after a player uses the electronic sign interaction, as well.

Meanwhile, Red Sun Prison is the stage that has received the most changes in this new update, PlayStation Lifestyle reported.

Players upset with deleted gear

Naturally, "Injustice 2" players were angry to find out that Update 1.09 deleted their gear. Screen Rant reported that many took to Reddit to share their disappointment in what happened.

Nonetheless, the new Update 1.11 addresses these issues and also offer bug fixes for Aquaman, Bane, Black Manta, Blue Beetle, Captain Cold, Darkseid, Doctor Fate, Deadshot, Firestorm, Red Hood, Supergirl, Superman, Starfire, Sub-Zero, and Swamp Thing. "Injustice 2" is now playable on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
