#Telltale Games just released their #trailer for the highly anticipated third episode for their "#Guardians Of The Galaxy" series. This is the midway point of their planned five-episode season, which focuses on the unlikely heroes as they attempt to find a way to unlock the Eternity Force's power. This episode should provide a few answers to the lingering questions left in the previous two entries, especially since the second episode ended with a rather frustrating cliffhanger.

Will Star-Lord find his mother?

In an attempt to avoid spoilers for the previous "Guardians of the Galaxy" episodes, let's just say that Star-Lord's mother may or may not be alive.

After conducting extensive research, we confirmed that it can only be one of those two options.

Telltale Games has done a fantastic job in developing the group's back stories, especially with regard to Peter and Rocket Raccoon. Hopefully, this will result in a pretty exciting climax. As there are two episodes left after "More than a Feeling", Peter's search for his mother might serve as a stopgap quest until the real endgame is revealed. We do not know too much about Peter's mother, other than the tidbits shown in Star-Lord's dream sequence.

It might finally be time to expand further on their past relationship. Also, we hope that characters like Drax and Groot will be given more things to do.

Hala the Accuser is hot on their tail

So far, the main antagonist has been Hala the Accuser, and it looks like she will continue to serve in that role for the remainder of the series.

She is a tragic character and one that adds a bit of depth to the otherwise black and white narrative. As one of the few survivors, she is chasing down the "Guardians of the Galaxy" to try and get her hands on the Eternity Force.

Hala hopes that she can use its power to resurrect her son and the remainder of her people.

It is easy to sympathize with Hala as a grieving mother, who is struggling to accept the loss and who is willing to go to the ends of the Earth to bring someone back from the dead. That sorrow drives her forward and shapes every facet of her personality.

Unfortunately, to resurrect her people, a hefty entrance fee would need to be paid. Therefore, it is the Guardians' duty to safeguard the Eternity Force and make sure it does not fall into the wrong hands.

Telltale Games' "Guardians of the Galaxy" third episode will be available to download from August 22 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, and Android.
