In my previous "Fate/Grand Order" post, we were looking at a possible rerun of the "Start Dash" campaign. However, no words were said about the in-game announcement card nor were there any posts about it on the official website and on their official Facebook page. It is probably safe to assume that it was just a minor error. Or is it?
Let's not dwell so much on it today because the game actually has an upcoming special campaign. Following the Nero Fest that was held between July 25 and August 3 are the Otakon 2017 Special Campaign and the Orleans Pickup Summon.
Otakon 2017 Special Campaign
This special campaign is in line with the upcoming yearly Asian pop culture convention in the US called Otakon, which will be held August 11-13 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
This year, Aniplex of America will be one of the convention's many participants - showcasing "Fate/Grand Order." Observed in previous campaigns, the Otakon 2017 one will have a campaign period and eligibility. The special campaign will be divided into 2 parts with each part having separate campaign periods and eligibility.
Part 1 of the Special Campaign - Items and QP
Campaign Period:
- August 11, 2017 | 04:00 to August 13, 2017 | 03:59 UTC
Eligibility:
- People who have played "Fate/Grand Order" in the duration of the campaign period.
Mechanics:
- All players must log-in to the game during the mentioned dates above.
Rewards:
- 1,000,000 QP
- 1pc Sun Fou
- 1pc Star Fou
- 1pc Blaze of Wisdom (ALL)
Part 2 of the Special Campaign - Summon Tickets
Campaign Period:
- August 11, 2017 | 04:00 to August 13, 2017 | 03:59 UTC
Eligibility:
- People who have played "Fate/Grand Order" in the duration of the campaign period.
Mechanics:
- All players must log-in to the game during the mentioned dates above.
Rewards:
- 3pcs Summon Tickets (to be given 1pc a day)
Orleans Pickup Summon - get a chance to roll Jeanne d'Arc!
As a celebration of the Aniplex exhibit in Otakon 2017, the five-star servant Jeanne d'Arc and four other servants will have increased drop rates for a certain campaign period.

Have you stocked up on Saint Quartz to roll the gatcha?
Good for you if you have, and I feel you if you haven't. As of this writing, I only have 8 Saint Quartz in my inventory, and I don't think it's enough for me to roll Jeanne d'Arc. If you're feeling the need to purchase Saint Quartz, no one will stop you as long as you're happy.
