With the major professional sports leagues in the United States on pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, baseball in Korea is set to get underway as the Coronavirus is mostly under control in South Korea. The Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) has former major league players on KBO affiliated teams. ESPN reached an agreement to broadcast some of the games to provide a source of sports to its viewers. For those that will be watching, here are some players that may sound familiar to you.
Byung-ho Park

Aaron Altherr
Altherr played in 359 games, over six seasons in the big leagues, primarily with the Phillies. He slashed .219/.307/.401 with 37 HR and 150 RBIs. [image source: Ian D'Andrea-Flickr]
Odrisamer Despaigne
Despaigne appeared in 109 games (50 starts), at the major league level, over six seasons. He played for the Padres, Orioles, Marlins, Angels, and White Sox. In the majors, he was 13-26 with a 5.11 E.R.A. [image source: Keith Allison-Flickr]
Preston Tucker
Tucker appeared in 243 games, at the major league level, with the Astros, Braves, and Reds. He slashed .222/.281/.403.
Aaron Brooks
Brooks pitched in 47 games (28 starts), on a major league mound, with the Royals, Athletics and Orioles. He was 9-13 with a 6.49 E.R.A.
Seung-hwan Oh

Ben Livley
Lively pitched in 26 major league games, over three years, with all but six of them being starts. He went 4-10 with a 4.80 E.R.A.
Tyler Saladino

Dan Straily
Straily is probably the best player in the KBO due to his major league experience. Across eight seasons, Straily has pitched in 156 games (140 starts) where he went 44-40 with an E.R.A. of 4.56
Dae-Ho Lee

In 172 games over four seasons spent with the Tigers, Machado slashed .227/.285/.295.
