It's become a regular occurrence for "The Beard" to be the top player on pretty much any night the Rockets play. That was the case with Sunday afternoon's game in Boston as Harden scored 42 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out four assists, and had two steals in a 115-104 win.

Jusuf Nurkic - Portland Trail Blazers
It was a first half battle between the Hornets' Jeremy Lamb and Blazers' Jusuf Nurkic. In the end, Nurkic finished with a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds as well as the 118-108 victory.

Alex Len - Atlanta Hawks
The latest meeting between the Hawks and Bulls in Chicago didn't go to four overtimes. However, the Hawks got revenge for losing in that previous contest. Alex Len led Atlanta with his performance of 28 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.

Danilo Gallinari - Los Angeles Clippers
Danilo Gallinari and the Clippers aren't making it easy for the Lakers to catch them right now. On Sunday, they defeated the NY Knicks 128-107. Gallinari recorded 20 points on 8-for-15 shooting. He also snatched seven rebounds and dished out four assists in the win.

Blake Griffin - Detroit Pistons
The NBA All-Star led the Pistons on Sunday as he scored 27 points on 9-for-21 shooting. Griffin also grabbed seven boards and gave out an assist in the Pistons' 112-107 overtime victory over the Raptors.
