NBA teams are getting back on track after the All-Star break. There are playoff pushes in progress for many squads, some of which were on the winning side. Among those teams were the Oklahoma City Thunder, Charlotte Hornets, and Detroit Pistons.
Paul George - Oklahoma City Thunder
There are plenty of reasons to say PG13 was top player on Friday night. He scored 45 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, and gave out eight assists in an overtime win. George also hit the game-winning shot, a thing of beauty where he maneuvered through two Jazz defenders, and put up a shot high over Rudy Gobert.
Russell Westbrook - Oklahoma City Thunder
Also chipping for the Thunder's OT win on Friday was Russell Westbrook. He didn't get the triple-double, but he and George were the first teammates to score 40-plus points each this season.

Andre Drummond - Detroit Pistons
It's surprising with how dominant Drummond has been this season that he missed out on an All-Star spot. However, he continued to dominate on Friday, scoring 26 points to go with 21 boards in a Pistons' victory.

Kemba Walker - Charlotte Hornets
Walker didn't have the biggest performance in last Sunday's All-Star Game, but he was back on track Friday night. He finished with 27 points, 11 assists, and five rebounds in a 123-110 Hornets' win.

Lauri Markkanen - Chicago Bulls
The Bulls and Magic fought back-and-forth in the late part of their Friday night game. Despite an Evan Fournier three, Lauri Markkanen came back and hit game-winning free throws. He had 25 points, 11 rebounds, and two assists in a 110-109 Chicago win.
