There were just a handful of games to be played before teams took off for the All-Star break. Among the teams in action on Thursday night were the Atlanta Hawks, New York Knicks, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Charlotte Hornets. Here are the five players who came up with big performances on Thursday.
Russell Westbrook - Oklahoma City Thunder
Westbrook achieved yet another triple-double, but unfortunately in a losing effort. However, it was also a 40-point triple-double. The former NBA MVP finished the game with 44 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists in a 131-122 loss to New Orleans.

Julius Randle - New Orleans Pelicans
On the winning side, Randle was amongst the stars of the night for the Pelicans. He finished with 33 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists in the team's win.

Nikola Vucevic - Orlando Magic
Orlando recorded a dominant 127-89 victory over the visiting Hornets on Thursday. Vucevic powered them with a full stat line of 17 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, a block, and a steal.
