There may have only been five games on the NBA schedule on Friday night (February 1), but that doesn't mean there weren't some great performances. Winning teams included the OKC Thunder, Boston Celtics, and Denver Nuggets. Below are five stars who helped their teams pick up the victories.

1

Paul George - Oklahoma City Thunder

PG13 keeps doing his thing and the Thunder keep winning. On Friday night, it was 43 points in a 118-102 win at Miami. George hit 10 three-pointers and also had seven rebounds with five assists in the victory.

2

Nikola Jokic - Denver Nuggets

Just like George, Jokic is among the Western Conference All-Stars. Some fans feel both players are worthy of MVP considerations. On Friday night, Jokic achieved a double-double with 31 points, 13 rebounds, and nine assists, in the 136-122 win over the Rockets.

3

Rudy Gobert - Utah Jazz

A player snubbed from the All-Star lineup in the West was Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz. He followed that snub by wowing the home crowd in Utah with 25 points, 13 rebounds, and two blocks to beat Atlanta 128-112. After the game, the Hawks' Vince Carter gave Gobert some words of encouragement about continuing to do his thing.

4

Kyrie Irving - Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics took it to the road and recorded a 113-99 win over the New York Knicks. Kyrie Irving came up with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists to help his squad get the victory.

5

Kemba Walker - Charlotte Hornets

Yet another All-Star player showed his skills in a victory on Friday night. The Hornets' Kemba Walker earned his first-ever All-Star Game start and continues to shine. On Friday, Walker scored 23 points, dished out four assists, and grabbed three rebounds, in the 100-92 Hornets' win.
