The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game 2019 edition went down from Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday. Instead of being a ho-hum comedy-fest of a game, it ended up quite competitive in the end. Ultimately, the Home team closed out the game with a win 82-80, despite a fierce comeback attempt from Quavo, Ray Allen, and the Away team. Here's a look at the highlights and standout performers of the game.

1

Famous Los - Home Team

Taking home this year's Celebrity All-Star Game MVP award was Famous Los. The Durham, North Carolina native scored 22 points for the winning side.

2

Jay Williams - Home Team

Los' teammate Jay Williams is a former basketball star who now works in the studios for various sports productions. Williams showed off his skills in the game with 18 points for the night.

3

Quavo - Away Team

Last year's Celebrity All-Star Game MVP was Quavo from the hip-hop group Migos. He played well yet again, and helped with the Away team's late comeback. Quavo finished with 27 points in the losing effort.

4

Ray Allen - Away Team

Basketball Hall of Famer Ray Allen also put on a show in the contest. He was part of a UCONN-contingency as Stefanie Dolson was also on his team and Sue Bird was coaching. Allen finished with 24 points for the night including several four-pointers made.

5

The Ruffles four-point line

It's worth noting that the Ruffles four-point line was a special inclusion in this year's game, and for a worthy cause. Every make from behind the farther-out line was worth four points for the team's score. In addition, $4,000 went to the Special Olympics for each of these shots made. Thanks to Los, Quavo, Allen, and Williams, there were a total of 10 makes for $40,000 on the night.
