The NBA brought forth plenty of holiday cheer on Christmas Day 2018 with a full plate of matchups for fans. Among those games was an early afternoon battle featuring the OKC Thunder and Houston Rockets. James Harden and company came away with the 113-109 victory. Here are the five top players from this game.

James Harden - Houston Rockets

Harden was feeling it on Christmas Day to the tune of 41 points! The NBA MVP also had seven assists and six rebounds in his team's big win.

Clint Capela - Houston Rockets

Coming with the double-double was Clint Capela, who continues to play as one of the top supporting players to Harden. Capela finished today's contest with 16 points and 23 rebounds!

Paul George - Oklahoma City Thunder

While it was a losing effort, PG13 continues to act as this season's driving force for OKC. In today's loss, George had 28 points on 10-for-25 shooting as well as a team-high 14 rebounds. He also had three steals and two assists for the Thunder.

Russell Westbrook - Oklahoma City Thunder

Westbrook has been playing a role of more of a facilitator for OKC this season and it's led to him leading the league in assists. On Christmas Day, he gifted his teammates with nine assists, grabbed nine rebounds, and scored 21 points on 6-for-20 shooting. However, he got to the line to go 7-for-10 as well.

Eric Gordon - Houston Rockets

Gordon provided key minutes in today's game as Houston continues to deal with the absence of Chris Paul. Gordon played 39 minutes, as much as Harden, and had 17 points to go with six rebounds and four assists in the win.
