Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs
The AFC's top team had a rough week in terms of news involving Kareem Hunt. The rest of the team shook off his dismissal to get a 40-33 win over Oakland on Sunday. Top MVP candidate Patrick Mahomes threw for 295 yards and four touchdowns in the team's victory.

Phillip Lindsay - Denver Broncos
Don't look now, but Denver has managed to pull even in terms of their record, at 6-6. On Sunday, they picked up a huge performance on the ground from Lindsay with 157 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries, in a win over Cincinnati. His 65-yard breakaway run for a touchdown in the win is shown below.
