There weren't a ton of upsets on November 3.

1

Arizona State over Utah (38-20)

Herm Edwards was the joke of the college football world when he was hired at Arizona State. With wins over Michigan State, and now, Utah, he's the only first-year head coach this season with wins over two top 25 teams.

2

Purdue over Iowa (38-36)

Purdue's win over Iowa means the Boilermakers have three wins over top 25 teams. That also means they are just 2-4 in all other games. This is what the shrug emoji was made for.

3

Auburn over Texas A&M (28-24)

There was a time when Texas A&M looked like it got the best of the coaching carousel, after the 2017 season. Now, they're just 5-4 after dropping their second straight conference game.

4

Missouri over Florida (38-17)

The first season for Florida, under Dan Mullen, had been a bit of a fairy tale. Then they lost at home, by three touchdowns, to unranked Missouri.

5

West Virginia over Texas (42-41)

Yes, technically West Virginia was ranked 13th and Texas was 17th so this isn't a huge upset. Still, I feel that Texas is the better team here.
