"The Beast" tops the list of "WWE 2K19" ratings with a 93 overall. That may upset some fans, due to his part-time nature, but he held the WWE's Universal title for a lengthy reign. Even if he wasn't defending it too regularly, Brock has the brute force, power, and in-ring fight skills to dominate.
The Rock - 93
There are those who believe that The Rock was rated just a bit too high. However, he's gone head-to-head with many of the best in the business. That includes Stone Cold, Hulk Hogan, Triple H, The Undertaker, and John Cena. Rumor has it he may take on Roman Reigns at WrestleMania next year.
Roman Reigns - 92
The WWE Universal Champion Reigns is rated just a notch below his Samoan cousin, The Rock. However, if rumors prove true, fans will get to see if Reigns can defeat The Brahma Bull in the ring. They can at least test it out in the game, for now.
