Francisco Lindor - Indians
The Cleveland Indians managed to get on the board first in this pivotal game. Lindor delivered a solo home run in the third inning. That made it a 1-0 game early for the visitors, but, unfortunately, Lindor was the team's only RBI producer. The rest of the lineup was soon subdued by the pitching excellence of Gerrit Cole.

Marwin Gonzalez - Astros
Gonzalez was easily the player of the game in terms of batters. He had a 4-for-4 performance on the day, which included two of his team's RBIs. Those two RBIs helped put his team ahead in the sixth inning, which also gave Gerrit Cole the lead to work with before he left the mound. Thanks to Gonzalez, the Astros are now in a commanding 2-0 series lead.
