Bote's go-ahead triple
Playing third base for the Chicago Cubs, David Bote ended up driving in the winning runs when he hit a two-run triple in the bottom of the second inning. The fact that he drove a 3-2 pitch with two out only makes it better.

Lester scores the run
Starting pitcher Jon Lester scored the final run when he was driven in by Daniel Murphy. Lester scored one play after Willson Contreras was thrown out at home.

Rizzo coaches Edwards, gets out of a jam
The Cubs are going to need Carl Edwards to be this good more often. After getting into a jam in the 8th inning, Anthony Rizzo came to the mound and gave him some advice. The next pitch, Edwards forced a double play that ended the inning.
