Derek Anderson

Throughout the 2004 season, Derek Anderson surprised many defenses with his abilities to escape the tackle and run the ball efficiently. He grew up in Oregon, where Derek led the Scappoose Indians to their record three consecutive state football championship in Class 3A football.

He is one of the best and most famous football players of the era. In February 2008, Derek Anderson was contracted by the Browns for their upcoming tournaments. Two years later, he signed a two-year deal worth $7.22 million with the Arizona Cardinals.

LeSean McCoy

LeSean McCoy entered Pittsburgh as a transfer from Milford Academy. He started the season as a backup to Larod Stephens-Howling who was the starting running back in 2006. LeSean McCoy started the 2008 season inside the top 25 for the first time in five years. The Panthers faced Bowling Green at home to start the season but fell to the Falcons 27-17. He broke the all-time Eagles rookie rushing record with 606 yards against the San Francisco 49 in December 2009.

Julio Jones

Julio Jones attended Foley High School in Alabama, where he played wide receiver and defensive end for the Lions high school football team from 2004 to 2007. In the first of three years on the Crimson Tide, Julio became a fan favorite. Years ago, he had a breakout performance as Jones caught five passes for 94 yards, including a 22–yard touchdown reception from John Parker Wilson.

In January 2011, he decided to forego his senior season of college football. He joined the NFL Draft along with Mark Ingram, Marcell Dareus, and Greg McElroy.

David Johnson

David Johnson signed for Liverpool rivals Everton as a young player. In January 1971, he made his Everton debut in a 2–2 league draw with Burnley at Turf Moor.

His career progressed individually, but Everton's standards as a club declined in the 1970s. He was never really prolific during his time at Portman Road.
