Marilyn Manson recently shared a weird story of his dispute with Justin Bieber. Apparently, the Canadian pop singer used his image for his "Purpose" world tour merchandise which did not please the "Deep Six" artist.

In an interview with Billboard, Marilyn Manson recalled his encounter with Justin Bieber wherein he confronted him about the issue. The "Love Yourself" singer, however, fired back and claimed that he has made the band vocalist "relevant again" by wearing his shirt on his concert tour.

Surprised by what he heard, the rock artist went as far as making up a story to confuse the young artist about their supposed collaboration for his show.

Marilyn Manson explained that his no-show at the rehearsal was his revenge for Justin Bieber after he insulted him.

Although the two failed to settle the issue during the meeting, the band frontman did not file a complaint against the pop singer and his team for using his image without his approval.

After he revealed the story behind his ongoing dispute with the pop singer, Marilyn Manson revealed during his "The Howard Stern Show" guesting that Justin Bieber actually reached out to him to apologize for the misunderstanding.

The rock artist even allowed the show's host to read their conversation to prove that both parties have settled the shirt drama. "If anything wasn't squared away with the T-shirts, I'm so sorry," Justin Bieber's message read.

"Anyway, regardless, it kind of stung seeing that I came off as an a--hole or even just was an a--hole, I'm sorry?"

The "Despacito" artist went on to clarify that it was not his intention to insult his co-singer on the issue. Marilyn Manson, on the other hand, reassured Justin Bieber that all is well between them before he blamed the public and the media for allegedly making a big deal out of their shirt drama.

The pop singer insisted that he was more concern of his relationship with the rock singer regardless of what the media has to say about the issue. After Howard Stern read their exchange of text messages, Marilyn Manson promised not to throw shade at Justin Bieber over the same issue.

The whole drama began when Justin Bieber was seen wearing a shirt with Marilyn Manson's face printed in front and the pop singer's name written on the back during his "Purpose" world tour concert last year. The said shirt was part of his tour merchandise and was a bestseller at the Barneys New York.
