Tamra Judge opened up about her personal experiences with parent alienation on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” a few years ago. She told viewers that her daughter Sidney hadn’t spoken to her in years because of her ex-husband, Simon Barney. Tamra believed that her ex-husband had said nasty stuff about her to their daughter, and then Sidney herself chose not to have a relationship with her mother.
Apparently, Judge is far from the only person who has this problem. On last night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” Tamra opened up about a documentary she had filmed and how she had been approached to speak about her life as a parent in the situation.
During the episode last night, Tamra attended this conference, but on her social media accounts, Judge opened up about not being the only reality star with this problem.
‘Ladies of London’ star going through the same thing
According to a new Instagram post, Tamra Judge also reveals that she feels bad for “ladies of london” star Adela King because of what she’s going through. Apparently, she’s going through the same thing. Adela was briefly featured on “Ladies of London” where she opened up about having some personal problems.
“I’m so sorry, Adela King, for your pain. You know I'm here for you any time you need me,” Tamra revealed on Instagram, sharing Adela King’s story about her own experience with parental alienation.
Sadly, many of the ladies, in this case, are no longer speaking to their children because of something the father did. As for Adela, she hasn’t really opened up about her own situation too much. It is possible she will if “Ladies of London” returns with another season.
There’s hope in her case
As for Tamra Judge, there’s hope in her case.
Her daughter Sidney went to visit her brother Ryan while she was filming “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and when she walked in, Sidney was hanging out with her brother. This was the first time in four years that the two had seen one another outside of the court system and outside of mediation. Judge definitely thought this was a step in the right direction.
It sounds like Sidney may want to work things out with her mother, as long as it is done behind the cameras and away from the public.
What do you think about Tamra Judge’s decision to open up about being the victim of parental alienation? Were you surprised to hear that Tamra had indeed talked to her daughter once again since she did the documentary?
