Her uncouth "red neck" behavior and sloppy appearance were the calling card that earned her family a show on TLC. There have been varying estimates of her actual weight. But 460 pounds is the number WEtv is throwing around. They also say she's now size 4, though on the most recent "From Not to Hot" episode, June claims to be a size 12 -- down from size 22. How will she cover a shrinking body except with a fat suit, which June says she didn't wear? She also claimed never to have had bariatric surgery which she later admitted.
And at 460 pounds she'd never have fit in a size 22. Is WEtv inflating her initial weight so they can also inflate weight-loss?

Shannon had bariatric surgery in 2015 to jump-start weight loss. Along with a gastric bypass, her makeover included straightened platinum blonde hair, dental work, and extensive plastic surgery.
With a thinner face, better teeth, and styled hair, YouTube commenters have noted her resemblance to Kate Gosselin. Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon also dished that her mom got a boob job from bra size 36 to 44. Gosselin underwent a breast implant procedure, and both women had a tummy tuck. On the most recent "From Not to Hot" episode, doctors said they would begin with breasts and stomach and move on to skin removal surgery and a face lift. June's likely had liposuction, cool sculpting, and Botox, which Gosselin has undergone as well.
