Motorola's latest flagship smartphone, Moto X4, seems to be a fine addition to the Moto X lineup. The new renders of the mobile device indicate its essential features.

The tech company has rolled out a list of new smartphones in the current year. However, the Lenovo owned firm did not release a new handset for the Moto X range since 2015. Now, a leaked image of the upcoming Moto X4 Android smartphone unveiled the key features of the mid-range device, Android Authority reported.

Nonetheless, the tech company previously claimed that the Moto X range would not return to the smartphone scene.

But, some of the Moto X4’s recent leaks indicated the changing mind of Motorola. The images of the handset surfaced online courtesy of the special agency in Brazil, Anatel.

Moving on to the specs of the Moto X4, the smartphone is expected to arrive with a 5.2-inch full HD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 system on chip (SoC), paired with Adreno 508 GPU, First Post reported.

The Moto X4 smartphone will arrive in two variants - a 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage and a 4GB of RAM with a 64GB of built-in storage. The 4GB of RAM variant will be up for grabs in the Asia Pacific region, while the 3GB of RAM model is expected to make its way to Europe, Latin America, and North America.

On the camera front, the new Moto X4 handset will boast a 16MP front camera for better selfies. Interestingly, Motorola’s new mobile device is expected to come along with a dual camera setup, a 12MP sensor, and an 8MP sensor. Smartphone enthusiasts would have the opportunity to capture a 4K video with 30fps.

The smartphone will further come packed with a 3,000mAh battery with the TurboCharging feature. The TurboCharging feature offers hours of battery life with the charge of a couple of minutes. The mobile device will arrive with features in the previous Motorola devices, such as Moto Actions, Moto Display, and Moto Voice.

Furthermore, the smartphone is expected to weigh 163 grams and measures 148.35x73.4x7.99mm. Also, the device will arrive with IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
