The coronavirus is on the rampage in the United States. Tens of thousands of people have lost their lives and the pandemic is still going strong in many parts of the US. Open-wheel racer Bob Lazier on Saturday succumbed to the deadly virus. The 81-year-old racing driver was at the peak of his career in the 1970s. Many sports events have been canceled this year due to the outbreak while some have been postponed until the year-end. His colleagues and friends are pouring their condolences on Twitter.
