Manchester Utd and Chelsea will lock horns in the final game of the FA Cup. The final game will be played this Saturday, May 19 at one of the iconic stadia in England, the Wembley Stadium.

Wembley Stadium was assigned as home ground to the Premier League team, Tottenham Hotspur for the 2017/18 season while their native home ground, White Hart Lane is being revamped. Tottenham Hotspurs was eliminated in the semi-final game of FA Cup against Man United.

In the 2017/18 season, both the teams, Man Utd and Chelsea have met two times. The first time they played together this season was won by Chelsea on their home ground.

The decisive goal from Alvaro Morata helped Chelsea snatch all three points of the game. The second they came face to face was the game played at Man Utd’s home ground where The Reds registered a 2-1 victory over Chelsea.

What to expect

In the last season’s FA Cup, Chelsea had eliminated Manchester United in the semi-finals by a 1-0 victory. But this time Jose Mourinho, the United boss, looks to be a cut above the Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte. The Blues failed miserably this season in the Premier League to finish top-4.

Manchester Utd performed better than last season and finished second whereas Chelsea finished fifth.

Both the teams couldn’t perform well in the Champions League also as both were eliminated in the knockout round.

The FA Cup final game will be exciting for Soccer fans as both teams would like to get at least one silverware this season. Antonio Conte’s future at Stamford Bridge is hanging by a thread as he failed to qualify for the Champions League for the next season.

Both teams will try to summon their every strength to win the FA Cup final. This game has so much at stakes for both the teams. Both the managers, Conte and Jose have their best players available for the game. This is the final chance for both the managers to win something this year.
