In this weekly article, one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, and one tight end are highlighted that are owned in less than 25 percent of ESPN Fantasy Football leagues entering their game but had excellent fantasy performances. Here is the Week 14 team of fantasy stars who were likely unowned.

Quarterback

  • Brett Hundley, Packers

Week 14 stats: 265 passing yards, three passing touchdowns, 31 rushing yards.

Hundley’s 265 yards passing on Sunday was a new season-high as the second-year quarterback helped Green Bay stay in the playoff hunt with Aaron Rodgers potentially returning next week.

It was the second time in three weeks he threw three touchdown passes, but he only threw two in his other six appearances (not including Week 4 when he attempted one pass).

Running backs

  • Wayne Gallman, Giants

Week 14 stats: 59 rushing yards, seven receptions, 40 Receiving Yards.

Gallman, a rookie fourth-round pick, left the Giants’ Week 13 game with a hip injury and it wasn’t clear whether he’d even play in Week 14. All he did was get season-highs in both rushing and receiving yards. In the previous four games, he totaled just 89 rushing yards and four receptions for 17 yards.

  • Kerwynn Williams, Cardinals

Week 14 stats: 73 rushing yards, one reception, 15 receiving yards.

Williams rushed for 97 yards in Week 13 with Adrian Peterson out of action.

Peterson missed Sunday’s game as well, but Williams was still owned in less than slightly less than 20 percent of ESPN leagues. He received another 20 carries in Week 14 which enabled him to have a solid rushing yardage total for the game.

Wide receivers

  • Tyrell Williams, Chargers

Week 14 stats: Four receptions, 132 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown.

Williams had a big Week 4 when he caught five passes for 115 yards and a touchdown but averaged just 1.5 catches over his next eight games. It had been a disappointing year for the third-year pro as he went over 1,000 receiving yards in 2016. His 132 receiving yards yesterday (which include a 75-yard touchdown) marks the second-most he has recorded in his career.

  • Kendall Wright, Bears

Week 14 stats: 10 receptions, 107 receiving yards.

Wright hasn’t really been fantasy-relevant since 2013 when he caught 94 passes for 1,079 yards. While the 28-year-old has been one of Chicago’s starting receivers all season, he was averaging just 2.8 receptions for 30.8 yards over his first 12 games. Wright’s ten receptions on Sunday mark the second-most he has finished within his 79 career games.

Tight end

  • Trey Burton, Eagles

Week 14 stats: Five receptions, 71 receiving yards, two receiving touchdowns.

Burton had just 15 catches for 143 yards entering Week 14 but received his first start with star tight end Zach Ertz out with a concussion. The fourth-year player had his first multi-touchdown game of his career and his 71 yards receiving topped his previous career-high of 65.
