Week 7 had some low scoring games and produced plenty of low scoring fantasy games as a result. Even with the low scoring, there were some players that still had big fantasy days, including Packers running back Aaron Jones, who made an appearance on this list a few weeks ago. Which players should owners be looking to add on the Waiver Wire this week? Let's take a look.

1. WR Kenny Stills (15.4% Owned)

A week after scoring 10 fantasy points, Stills had a big performance against the Jets, catching six passes for 85 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Moore clearly has a connection with Stills, and he's always a deep threat that just needs one touchdown catch to return fantasy value.

If your team is weak at wide receiver, pick Stills up from the waiver wire.

2. RB Jalen Richard (5.0% Owned)

This is a short term add, as Marshawn Lynch is suspended for one game. The Buffalo Bills don't allow many points to opposing running backs, but do struggle against versatile ones. Richard catches passes out of the backfield and could have a big game against a Bills defense that struggles to cover running backs in the flat.

3. TE O.J. Howard (9.2% Owned)

The Buccaneers finally utilized the first round pick in week 7, as he scored 21 fantasy points on six catches for 98 yards and two touchdowns. The Bills did leave Howard wide open for a long touchdown on one play, but Winston was clearly trying to get him the ball throughout.

At a thin position like tight end, Howard could be the answer for plenty of teams searching for one, especially considering how much the Buccaneers pass the ball.

4. WR Deonte Thompson (0.2% Owned)

Three days after the Bills signed Thompson, he exploded against Tampa Bay, catching four passes for 107 yards. Thompson has immediately become the deep threat for the Buffalo Bills, and could easily become the top option in a Buffalo passing offense that is in desperate need of one thanks to Charles Clay's injury.

5. QB Josh McCown (12.0% Owned)

Like him or not, it's hard to deny that McCown hasn't been a solid fantasy player in the first two weeks. He's averaged 22 points per game in that timeframe, and he has seven touchdown passes in the past three weeks. In week 8, he'll get to play against an Atlanta Falcons team that is 0-3 against the AFC East.

It won't hurt that Atlanta struggles to defend the pass. McCown is an excellent option at quarterback for those looking for a streaming option in week 8.

6. RB Dion Lewis (20.4% Owned)

Lewis made an appearance on this list last week, as I expected him to get more touches after a Gillislee fumble against the Jets. Lewis received the bulk of the work, rushing 13 times for 76 yards. This wasn't a huge fantasy day, but it's a sign that Lewis, and not Gillislee, is the one the Patriots trust with a bigger workload.
