The agent of Tottenham target Suso has met with AC Milan to discuss a new deal. Elsewhere, Besiktas have joined Watford and Leicester City in the hunt for Valencia defender Aymen Abdennour, while Inter Milan are ready to make Ivan Perisic the second best-paid player at the club in the hope he will snub interest from Manchester United. Here's a full report of the latest transfer updates:

Suso wants a new deal at Milan

According to Tribal Football, Suso's representative met with AC Milan chiefs on Tuesday to broker a new deal for his client. Suso wants to stay at AC Milan, and he's ready to show his “commitment” by signing a new contract.

It is suggested AC Milan are offering a five-year contract to Suso, which could include a “hefty” pay increase. The 23-year-old current deal expires in two years time, and he's on Tottenham Hotspur's radar this summer window. The Premier League club are said to be keeping close tabs on the Spaniard, and they're ready to make an offer for the midfielder but that doesn't seem realistic anymore as he is now set to commit his future at Milan.

Besiktas FK keen on Aymen Abdennour

According to Fanatik, Turkish club Besiktas FK have shown an interest in Aymen Abdennour, and they're ready to spend big in order to sign him up this summer. Beskitas are aware of Aymen Abdennour's preference to play in the English Premier League or Italy, so they're prepared to offer him a lucrative deal to try to lure him to Turkey.

The Turkish club have already acquired fellow defender Pepe from Real Madrid, and they're said on the “idea” of Aymen Abdennour partnering him in the center of the defense. The Tunisia international has been told by Valencia he can leave this summer, and he has an asking price of just $9.2million.

Inter Milan willing to make Perisic the club's second highest earner

Ivan Perisic has been “pursued” by Manchester United Football Club, but there have been unable to agree on a transfer fee for the striker. And now, according to Express, Inter Milan are said to keep hold of the Croatia international. The Italian club are ready to offer a lucrative deal for the 28-year-old if he'll snub interest from Manchester United.

Earlier on, Inter Milan want either $66m or $58m plus Anthony Martial on loan for the duration of the new season but Manchester United were reported to have rejected both proposals. It is suggested that this deal would make Ivan Perisic Inter's second highest paid player, topped only by skipper and forward Mauro Icardi.
