Galatasaray have completed the signing of Fernando from Manchester City for a fee of $6.1million. In France, Paris Saint-Germain are ready to rival Arsenal for OGC Nice star Jean-Michael Seri, while in England, Riyad Mahrez has promised to do his best for Leicester City despite admitting he is still keen to discuss a potential move to Serie A side Roma. Here's a full report of these soccer transfer news:

Galatasaray signs Fernando on a three-year deal

Fernando has finally joined Turkish Super Lig club Galatasaray. The 30-year-old midfielder is expected to sign a three year deal with the Istanbul giants, according to Goal US.

Fernando was apparently left out of Manchester City's pre-season training tour of US. The Brazilian's departure marks an end to his three-year spell with City, having joined the club in 2014. Reflecting on his time at Manchester City, Fernando said: “It is a great pleasure to play for a club like Manchester City. The club has looked after me incredibly well throughout my stay at the EPL and I've enjoyed the challenge of playing for a top club in probably the world's toughest football league. The League Cup success of 2016 was a highlight for me and something I'll never forget.” In a City career that saw the Brazil international earn 101 appearances, Fernando, 30, bagged one “solitary” piece of silverware, clinching the League Cup in 2016.

Paris Saint-Germain enters chase to sign Jean-Michel Seri

According to the Sun, Paris Saint-Germain have now set their sights on signing OGC Nice star Jean-Michel Seri. PSG have already been splashing the cash this summer after signing in Brazil star Neymar Jr for $260million last week Thursday. Jean-Michel Seri is wanted by a number of European club sides, including Premier League club Arsenal FC, and he is said to be leaving Nice if someone activates his $46.9million buy-out fee.

Mahrez promise to do his best at Leicester, despite Roma's interest

Riyad Mahrez, 26, has promised to do his best for the Foxes despite increasing interest from AS Roma. The Algeria international first expressed a desire to leave the club in May and manager Craig Shakespeare reportedly said last month offer from AS Roma was turned down.

Ryad Mahrez said: “I know Roma came in, but nothing was accepted so there's little I can do. Leicester knows my thoughts, but I'll continue to give my best for the club as I always have.” Ryad Mahrez netted seventeen Premier League goals for Leicester City last season as the Foxes slipped to 12th in the EPL table.
