Thursday night features just one WNBA game on the schedule but it will receive national television treatment. The Minnesota Lynx host the Atlanta Dream in a matchup featuring the league's best overall squad. It also features a team that is trying to keep their postseason spot amongst the league's top eight teams. Here's the latest WNBA game preview including matchup odds, game time, television channels, and how to watch the Dream vs. Lynx game live streaming online tonight.

WNBA game preview

The Minnesota Lynx enter tonight's home game with a 10-1 record at the Xcel Energy Center in St.

Paul. With a 19-2 record overall, the team has already clinched a playoff spot and will look to further success as they head towards the postseason. Minnesota has put together a six-game Winning Streak including back-to-back wins over Phoenix, as well as wins over the New York Liberty and tonight's opponent, the Dream. That previous game which was in Atlanta saw Sylvia Fowles score 29 points and grab eight rebounds in the victory with Minnesota shooting 56 percent for the game. They'll look for Fowles and fellow All-Star players Maya Moore and Rebekkah Brunson to give solid contributions tonight on the road.

For the Atlanta Dream, the team is currently listed amongst the top eight teams in the WNBA, but they're battling with the Seattle Storm for that spot.

Both teams are 10-13, with Indiana and Chicago not far behind at 8-16 overall. A run or losing skid by any team will certainly impact who is in the postseason. A win for the Dream keeps them a half game or so ahead of Seattle. Atlanta has gone 4-6 over their past 10 games and is entraining tonight's game on a two-game slide.

Most recently they fell to the Washington Mystics at home 77-70, which followed their 10-point loss to the Lynx.

The Odds Shark website currently lists the Minnesota Lynx as 12.5-point favorites for tonight's game at various sports books. On the money line, the Atlanta Dream will be large home underdogs, priced at +600 to +700 at some books, while the Lynx are -900 or higher.

The over/under is at 165 points for the complete game. In terms of head-to-head record, the Lynx are 9-1 over their last 10 meetings, with the 90-80 victory in Atlanta back on July 28th their most recent win.
