The former Light Heavyweight champion Jon Jones is back as he will have a rematch with Daniel Cormier on Saturday. Jones also revealed that he wants to take a Fight that no one expected to happen.

Jones challenges Lesnar

No one would have imagined a super fight between the former Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and Jones. However, CBS reported that both of them did not hesitate to go for it. Jones, who just came back for the UFC 214 after being stripped off from his title, joined Live Q&A with UFC on Facebook, where he was asked about his thoughts on moving up to the heavyweight division and challenge Lesnar.

Jones did not hesitate to show his intention saying that he would fight Lesnar. Even though the former Heavyweight champion is a lot bigger than him, Jon believes that it would just only promote the sport and will be a great challenge for him. The former Light Heavyweight also revealed how he would deal with the wrestler, saying that he would wrestle with Lesnar for the rest of the fight. He also announced that he is set to make some moves that no one can predict of.

WWE star accepted the challenge

Later in the day, the WWE star wrestler quickly took the fight after hearing the comments from Jones, saying that he would fight the UFC star anytime.

When Dana White, UFC President, was asked about the issue on Wednesday during the final conference of UFC 214, he said that he has no idea how the fight came from nor when it started.

Dana also stated that he did talk with the professional wrestler for quite some time.

Jones, on the other hand, insisted that the fight will happen after he deals with Cormier first.

The idea of the fight started with the 40-year old wrestler who wants a comeback fight to the UFC. Last week, a false report claimed that the WWE's wrestler entered the six-month United States Anti-Doping Agency or USADA's test protocol for his return.

It was a report that the UFC’s officials quickly turns it off.

Both fighters were known by their long history with USADA suspension for failing drug tests. Especially, with the UFC star who was suspended last year after he was discovered using sexual enhancement supplement. Furthermore, UFC Champion Michael Bisping suggested that the result was caused by Cialis, a product that used to treat erectile dysfunction.

As for the WWE wrestler, his drug test results were not revealed until the end of his unanimous decision win fight over Mark Hunt, which the decision was later changed into to a no contest instead. Hence, the WWE star was punished with a one-year suspension and formally retired from MMA early this year.
