Italian Serie A club AC Milan are set to land AFC Sunderland forward Fabio Borini for £5m. Elsewhere, Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic is attracting interests from Spanish La Liga outfit Real Betis and several other clubs, while Watford Football Club and AS Roma are both chasing Udinese Calcio forward Rodrigo Aguirre. Borini set to join AC Milan

Fabio Borini is ready to leave the Stadium of Light this summer transfer window after Sunderland were relegated to the English Championship last term.

And, according to ESPN FC, The Italian forward has apparently got his wish as AC Milan are on the “coup” of landing him this summer. The Italian Serie A giants will cough-up around $6.46million to land Fabio Borini and he's now flying to Italy for his medical. Fabio Borini had previously been heavily linked with fellow Serie A club SS Lazio before opting to head to AC Milan.

Pasalic ready to move on, following the relegation of Sunderland

Mario Pasalic, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Croatian Prva HNL side Hadjuk Split for £3million in 2014, has spent the last three years out on loan. The 22-year-old midfielder has been farmed-out to AC Milan, AS Monaco and Elche and he is ready to be sent out once again next season.

According to Dailystar, Several clubs have been “alerted” to this and the 22-year-old representative, Marko Naletilic, has revealed Real Betis and a host of other European club sides are vying for his client's signature. Mario Naletilic told reporters: “I can only say that there are several clubs interested in my client of which Real Betis is one of them.

Real Betis is relatively a big club in the Spanish league and Europe as a whole, for whom I have great respect.”

Roma and Watford leads chase for Aguirre

Rodrigo Aguirre was loaned out twice the last term, spending the first stanza of the season with Swiss outfit FC Lugano before joining up Uruguayan Primera División side Club Nacional de Football in January 2017.

The 22-year-old striker has massively impressed in his homeland and it was reported that the Uruguayan club may attempt to keep him permanently. But, according to Sportlobster, the Uruguayan forward representative, Pablo Betancourt, has publicly revealed he has received big offers from Watford and AS Roma. Betancourt told reporters: “Watford and Roma have asked for information to sign Rodrigo Aguirre on loan. It is not likely he'll remain at Nacional because he wants to listen to offers from Europe.”
