In the first game of the 2017 NBA finals, the Golden State Warriors were able to handle LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers easily. Despite King James having a good performance, his team was outmatched by Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and the home team. The Cavaliers had an abnormally high number of turnovers while the Warriors had very few. Both of these trends seem like they will vanish for the next meeting.

However, Golden State had two straight double-digit wins to start off last year's Finals. Will it be deja vu? Here's the latest Game 2 Preview including odds, TV channel, time and how to watch the Cavs vs.

Game 2 preview

While the Game 1 headlines mostly focused on a Kevin Durant and Rihanna exchange, the main story was how the Warriors dominated the defending champions. Golden State ended up obliterating their opponents in a 113-91 win. Durant scored 38 points on 14-for-26 shooting while getting eight boards and eight assists.

Teammate Stephen Curry had 28 points along with 10 assists and six boards. As a team shot 42.5 percent from the floor. However, their turnovers were the story as they had just four all game, and Cleveland had 20, leading to plenty of opportunities on the other end.

That will be one of the keys to a bounce back performance by Cleveland in Game 2, along with better rebounding.

LeBron James had 28 points in the game, along with 15 rebounds, and eight assists, while Kyrie Irving scored 24. Kevin Love had a team-high 21 rebounds to go with 15 points. However, Tristan Thompson finished with zero points and just four rebounds. J.R. Smith added just three points and the Cavs were 34.9 percent from the floor for their game.

For the second game, oddsmakers once again have the home team as the favorite. Golden State is being given nine points on the spread and is a -420 money line favorite, while the Cavs are +350 underdogs. The over/under points total for bettors to consider is 221 points for the complete game.
