On Friday evening, the Utah Jazz will host Game 6 of their series with the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers will be trying to force a decisive Game 7 for this Sunday, while the Jazz will try to move on to the next round with a big win tonight. With homecourt advantage and the fans behind them, can Gordon Hayward, Rudy Gobert and the Jazz get this crucial victory? Here's the latest look at the Clippers vs. Jazz game preview, including odds and how to watch it live Friday night.

LA vs. Utah preview

The two teams will meet up at Vivint Smart Home Arena with Los Angeles trying to stave off elimination.

The Jazz won the previous two games in this series, with a 96-92 win in Game 5 their latest. In that contest, Gordon Hayward had 27 points on 9-for-16 shooting to go with eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Utah also won the rebounding battle 43-34 for a decisive advantage in the paint. Rudy Gobert helped in the middle with a double-double performance of 11 points and 11 boards.

Leading the Clippers since the loss of Blake Griffin to an injury earlier in the series has been point guard Chris Paul. He had 28 points on 10-for-19 shooting in Game 5 to go with nine assists. DeAndre Jordan pulled down 12 rebounds for his team to go with the 14 points he scored, while JJ Redick added 26 points for the scoring load.

Neither team shot exceptionally well, as the Jazz finished at 43.2 percent and the Clippers at 42 percent for their field goal shooting. However, the Jazz will look to feed off of the energy in their home arena to close out this series in six games.

The home team Utah Jazz will be the favorites in tonight's matchup with 5.5-points in their favor to win and a -250 moneyline price.

The Clippers come in as +210 underdogs with the over/under points total at 194 as of this report. Utah is 28-26-2 as the favorite against the spread, but Los Angeles has some decent ATS records here. They're 13-10-0 as the underdog team and 22-18-1 when playing away from home.
