Michael Mealor may look familiar to “Young and Restless” viewers, as he has appeared in a number of other shows. The actor's IMDb page notes that he had roles in “Roadies,” “Fall Into Me,” “Supergirl,” and “Chasing Life.” However, this seems to be his first big, ongoing role.
The new “Young and Restless” star has done quite a bit of modeling for Wilhelmina International. His profile on the modeling site notes that he is 6' 2” and he has blue eyes and brown hair. Mealor is originally from New Orleans, Lousiana, and he has been dating a gal named Britt Johnson for a little more than a year.
Based on Mealor's Instagram posts, it's clear that he loves his family, dogs, music, the outdoors, and sports.
He seems to be close friends with Whitney Fransway, who was one of the contestants on Nick Viall's season of “The Bachelor,” and his recent tweets indicate that he loves his new “Young and Restless” gig so far.
