Would you ever buy Makeup Brushes worth $360? Yeah, I probably wouldn't either. But it seems as though Kylie Jenner assumes that everyone has the cash to splash on these brushes and if you can? That’s great! You should spoil yourself with whatever your heart desires if you can afford it.

The truth of the matter is that not many people can afford these brushes; and $360 can pay for quite a lot of groceries

The Makeup Brush set is made up of sixteen individual brushes and she claims that these real brushes don’t compare to the synthetic ones. They have different performance, quality, everything you can think of.

She says that she will be doing a cheaper synthetic line in the future, but unless she changes the price of these brushes, she’ll probably not sell many of these.

Kylie's fans are not impressed by her tweets

Shortly after releasing this tweet, fans responded, and many of them were not happy.

It's clear that fans aren't happy with her decisions and so to try and counteract the criticism, she sent out another tweet.

Her response didn't help things

After receiving criticism for the price of the brushes, Jenner shared a tweet in which she stated “ I always fight for the lowest price on all my products. Here are some real brush lines for reference.” She also went on to write, “But I hear you guys, love you guys and truly just want the best.”

After that statement, she received even more backlash in which people criticized her for comparing her brushes with high-quality, luxury brands.

There are even concerns if these brushes are cruelty-free and what type of hair is even used in them.

I recommend searching the market for cheaper alternatives if you can’t afford the high price tag. There is an abundance of great ones out there ranging from drugstore to high-end for a cheap price. While these may be labelled as luxury brushes, you may find others out there that can give you the same quality for a lot cheaper.

Whichever brand you pick, whether it’s Kylie’s or some other brand, make sure you always do the research and make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Makeup and the products you use with it are not a one size fits all. Sometimes, when picking the wrong product, it can put off someone who is a beginner in the world of makeup.
