Cardi B has undoubtedly had the best year of her life. From securing a $2 million record deal with Atlantic Records in March, to her surprise engagement proposal from Migos member Offset. Now, Harvey J is slated to cater the wedding like only he can, with bottles and bottles of Hennessy, which he announced today (Dec. 24) via Facebook.

How it all began

The couple, who began dating earlier this year, got engaged in late October with Offset proposing at Power 99’s Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia in front of a crowd of excited onlookers. The scene was wild with intensity as two of the biggest stars in the music industry decided to align forces which sent shockwaves throughout the music world.

There is little doubt that this marriage will now become one of the most influential in the history of the entertainment industry.

Post the proposal

Harvey J posted to social media a proposition to cater the wedding for the newlywed couple on the condition that the internet supports the cause all the way up to 50,000 likes, 50,000 comments, and 25,000 shares. Harvey has had a history of making such outrageous propositions and, as usual, he has delivered the goods.

Today it is being reported that he reached the goal and the booking for the wedding of a lifetime has been set. Harvey J is known for the popular cooking series called "#HennyChallenge." He has acquired internet fame of over one million followers from his creatively excessive uses of Hennessy in his food recipes.

From using Hennessy in tacos to creating scrambled eggs with it, Harvey J does not shy away from controversy and has shown he is the type of person who will always push the envelope.

Harvey J's Hennessy tacos

"This is set to be his big debut into special event catering. It's going to be next level. There will be more Hennessy Tacos than most people have seen in 1 place." said Harvey J's manager, Miguel, via email.

They did not elaborate on how many tacos would be there, so the world will have to wait and see what he has up the sleeves of his Versace robe.

Cardi B speaks

Cardi B recently shared with People Magazine that the wedding will be an outrageously red affair and that "The world will not be ready for us. Everybody got to be wearing red,” she continued.

“And my bridesmaids are gonna be wearing suits, what’s good.” The official date of the wedding has yet to be set but will likely be aired on VH1 or BET as a TV special. It is expected to draw millions of viewers around the world and has the potential to become the most watched wedding in this history of television.
