Taylor Swift has announced two new live performances, her first in conjunction with her upcoming album “Reputation.” She is set to perform at two radio station-sponsored festivals this year. The first performance will be at “99.7 Now!’s Poptopia“ in San Jose on December 2 and the second performance will be on December 7 on the “B96 Jingle Bash” in Chicago. This will be her first live show since her last performance in Houston in February 2017.
She already released singles in connection with college football games and partnered with brands like UPS and Target for exclusive merchandise.
This move appears to be part of a radio promotion for her upcoming album “Reputation” which set to release on November 10.
Tay-Tay leads 2017 MTV nominations
After releasing her two singles “Look What You Made Me Do” and “…Ready for It,” Taylor Swift leads the 2017 MTV nominations with six under her name. Shawn Mendes follows her with five nominations. Her BFF, Ed Sheeran, and Kendrick Lamar received four nominations.
On October 4, Viacom’s MTV unveiled the nominations for the 2017 Europe Music Awards (EMAs) and Taylor Swift is leading the pack with six nominations. The award show will be held at London’s SSE Arena, Wembley on November 12. It will be hosted by Rita Ora who will also be performing at the award show.
The nominations under Taylor Swift’s name include “Best U.S. Act,” “Best Artist,” “Best Look,” “Best Pop,” “Best Video for Look What You Made Me Do,” and “Biggest Fans Award.” She will be competing against her ex, Harry Styles, on the "Best Look" award.
Upcoming album 'Reputation'
After deleting all her posts on her official social media accounts and website, Taylor Swift posted a series of snake-related posts on her Instagram account.
On August 27, she dropped her single "Look What You Made Me Do" for her upcoming album "Reputation" which is set to release on November 10, 2017, through Big Machine Records. This will be her sixth studio album.
After the release of the groundbreaking records for her newest single "Look What You Made Me Do" and “...Ready For It," the fans of the pop star are very excited about her upcoming album.
So far we only know that the album will consist of 15 songs in total and it will be more lyrically sharper and more emotionally complex than her previous album “1989.”
The fans are very excited about the newest album of the pop star as this will be her first album after two years of being on hiatus from the music world.
