Simon Cowell and Cheryl Tweedy first began working together almost nine years back. They have been judging successful reality TV shows since then. In 2015, however, Tweedy decided to take a break. She became busy with her personal life, as she had started seeing Liam Payne. A little later, Liam and Cheryl even had a baby together.

According to a report by The Sun, Simon and Cheryl finally back to work together for the first time in two years. A photograph of them sitting together in Judges Houses round has surfaced online. The cast and crew members are currently in France where they are finishing up the shoot for the series.

Cheryl Tweedy and Simon Cowell have been rather busy with several things in their lives. A source close to the matter told The Sun that they began bonding over parenting. They traveled on the same private jet and helicopter to reach the sets for their shows.

The source claimed that it was Cheryl that broke the ice by suggesting that they should travel on the same plane together. This clearly meant that they still are pretty close because, despite the distance and lack of communication, they were seen getting along perfectly well.

Cheryl delivered her first baby named Bear that she had with One Direction star Liam Payne back in March this year.

While she has only made a guest appearance on this season’s “X Factor,” she is expected to make a comeback as a permanent judge next year.

The report by Sun claims that she might be replacing Nicole Scherzinger. So far, there is no official confirmation from Scherzinger regarding her exit from the show.

Cheryl Tweedy over her name

A recent report by Metro suggests that Cheryl has officially gone back to using her original surname, Tweedy. She changed her surname when she got married to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. Ever since the couple split, the celebrity has been identified as just “Cheryl.” She will continue to use her first name when it comes to her profession, but she is working towards being legally called Cheryl Tweedy.

The official paperwork for the company she owns, CC Couture, establishes her as Cheryl Tweedy. She is also going to be walking the L’Oreal runway for Paris Fashion Week in the near future.

Rumors have suggested that Cheryl is extremely happy with her boyfriend, Liam. She, however, gets tired while completing chores for her baby Bear.
