Mel B is growing closer to a Beverly Hills Cop, Ryan Lawrence. The two have been spending a lot of quality time together, with Lawrence even staying over at the celebrity’s house five nights in a week. According to a report by The Sun, the “X Factor” judge is now worried that she might be branded a “homewrecker” with reports of her trying to woo a married cop surfacing online.

Ryan and Mel B's relationship

Ryan Lawrence is married to Morgan, but the two have been facing a lot of problems in their relationship. This, as reported by The Sun, has led Lawrence to flee from his own home and take shelter at Mel B’s.

Morgan, who isn’t too happy about the closeness that the two share, has started accusing the celebrity of trying to steal her husband from her.

The furious wife even reportedly took to Instagram to post, “You will never replace me," on Mel B’s account. It’s been a year since Ryan and Morgan got hitched, but they began experiencing troubles in the first month itself. This controversy will damage Mel B’s reputation quite a bit. It is pretty ironical that the celebrity is stuck in this scenario as she broke up with Stephen Belafonte over an exact same reason.

Mel B's concerns

Mel B accused nanny Lorraine Gilles of being a “homewrecker, prostitute and extortionist.” The ex-couple are currently fighting their divorce battle and Mel now feels that she might get dragged down the Lawrence situation.

The controversy also holds the potential to ruin her legal battle with ex-husband. According to Mirror, reports of the singer growing close to an unidentified officer from Beverly Hills, began surfacing online in early August. The two apparently met through a mutual friend during one of the house parties.

The celebrity on several occasions, has refuted these allegations and even claimed that she is single.

The mother-of-one is currently filming for the latest season of “America’s Got Talent.” Simon Cowell and Mel B are making multiple headlines, as their fights continue to progress on the small screen. Recently, Cowell passed an unusually personal comment on Mel B’s divorce matters on the show, which led her to throw water at him and walk out of the stage.

Simon later told Extra’s Terri Seymour that he was trying to make the situation light, and that he didn’t mean to offend her. He felt that she would have the sense of humor to take the joke but she clearly hasn’t. At the same time, Mel B said that she hasn’t held any grudges against her co-judge, and that she is over it.
