“Twilight” alum Kristen Stewart graced the cover of the latest edition of Harper’s Bazaar U.K. and in her cover interview, she said that she is open to dating men again in the future. The actress also talked about how the Donald Trump presidency is affecting women in the country.

Stewart compared men to grilled cheese

The actress has been in a relationship with men before such as actor Michael Angarano, 29. The 27-year-old actress and Angarano were together for four years. She later went on to date Robert Pattinson, her co-star in the hit “Twilight” franchise.

Stewart and Pattinson were together for three years. Stewart was also linked to her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.

The actress was asked about being open to dating men again in the future as she is currently with model Stella Maxwell. E! News reported that Stewart compared dating men to eating Grilled Cheese for the rest of your life. She said she will totally and definitely date men again but she is not the kind of person who likes grilled cheese “and they’ll eat it every day for the rest of their lives.”

The actress, who is the first American to win the supporting actress Cesar award in France for her performance in “Cloud of Sils Maria” continued to say that she is the kind of person who wants to try everything.

If she had grilled cheese before, she would move on to taste what is next.

Actress’ girlfriends in the past

Stewart announced in 2016 that she was in love with her new girlfriend, Alicia Cargile. Months later, the two broke up and the actress was spotted with singer St. Vincent.

As for all of her relationships, Stewart told Harper’s Bazaar U.K.

that she has been deeply in love with everyone she has dated and never faked any of it. She pointed out that she always embraced a duality and believed in it as she never felt she was struggling or was only confused. Stewart also said that she did not like getting made fun of because of her belief in duality. She publicly addressed her sexuality during her guest appearance on “Saturday Night Live” in February when she made a remark about her being “so gay,” People reported.

Stewart teased as tomboy during younger years

Stewart said that she was teased as a tomboy when she was younger. She admitted that statements like “Kristen looks like a man” and “You’re a boy” hurt her feelings, and that she felt embarrassed, horrified, and offended. Thinking about it now, Stewart said she should have been proud back then.

On Donald Trump affecting women in the country

In a report by Vanity Fair, still from Stewart’s Harper’s Bazaar U.K. interview, Stewart said that Trump being the president is terrible. However, she is part of a “wider female community that is finally standing up for itself.” She said that women are standing for each other more than ever now that Trump is the president and although she believes that the catalyst for such a change is “regrettable,” she thinks that people need something to stir things up in order for them to come together.

The latest edition of Harper’s Bazaar U.K. with Stewart’s interview in it will be out on August 4.
