Gretchen Rossi hasn’t said much about her former “Real Housewives of Orange County” co-stars over the past couple of months, even though there have been plenty of things to talk about. Gretchen and her soon-to-be husband Slade Smiley have both been criticized by Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge when they were all filming the show together. Vicki has criticized Gretchen for filming the show when her partner was sick with cancer. Then Gunvalson did the exact same thing with Brooks Ayers.
Now, Rossi is hinting that Tamra Judge is doing something similar.
For a long time, Tamra kept slamming Slade for being a deadbeat father as he wasn’t present to care for his sick son. Of course, Slade did what he could from a distance and he revealed that he was indeed paying child support, otherwise he would be in jail.
Is abuse really happening?
According to a new tweet, Gretchen Rossi is now talking about what to do if a child cries out for help and claims that she has been verbally and emotionally abused. In the lengthy Facebook post that Sidney shared earlier this week - and then deleting it - she reveals that Tamra would often leave the house without leaving any food for the children. She also explains that she always felt that she came second and that Tamra never really cared for her kids.
This has resulted in Gretchen Rossi asking herself what to do. Of course, she could take a backseat to the drama and just avoid talking about it. She could also get involved, even though many would say that it isn’t her place to get involved. This week, Rossi posted a question on her Twitter account, which quickly got attention.
“So a question to ponder? If a child is crying out for help, claiming verbal/ emotional abuse and neglect...do we as humans stand by and do nothing about it? Or do you get involved and do what you can to make sure this child's voice is heard? Whether I have a child or not it does not have a bearing on doing what is right,” Gretchen Rossi wrote on Twitter.
Two sides to every story
Of course, there are two sides to every story and Tamra’s story doesn’t match what her daughter is saying. While Tamra claims that her ex-husband is manipulating her daughter, Sidney herself says that her father is actually trying to get her together with her mother so start over. She claims it is her own choice to ignore her mother, as she’s choosing fame over her family. At least, that’s what Sidney wants the world to know.
