This is no longer for show: Lawyers are beginning to be involved in the drama between reality TV stars Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, who amicably spent Father's Day together. Things took a turn this week, however, when Kardashian took to Instagram to publish explicit photos of his ex-girlfriend, Chyna, explaining that she cheated on him and was using him for his money. Instagram immediately took down his account for violating user regulations, so the 30-year old sock business owner took to Twitter to share his side of the story. He accused Chyna of cheating on him multiple times, writing that "she couldn't remain loyal" to him.

Chyna lawyers up amidst social media scandal

Blac Chyna has remained silent on social media after the attack, except for her SnapChat, wherein she stated through a text post, "Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!!!!! U put hand on me I swear on god!!!!! On my kids but I'm supposed to be quiet because you're a Kardashian". Chyna has since then lawyered up, as per CNN. Attorney Lisa Bloom published a statement on Twitter, saying that she is now representing the model "in this important fight in women's rights." They have also filed a Temporary Restraining Order against Rob Kardashian.

Rob Kardashian may have a history of abuse

Rumors of Rob Kardashian's domestic abuse has also been fueled by a fake news story, with footage of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," wherein Kardashian and his then-girlfriend, Adrienne Bailon pretended to be violently fighting to prank Kris Kardashian.

Gossipcop clarifies that this is a false story and that the footage of Kardashian hitting Bailon was all for show.

Custody of Dream still up in the air

Following the Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian social media scandal, many are wondering what will happen to Dream amidst the legal battle. According to PEOPLE, Chyna and Kardashian were previously co-parenting before the scandal broke out, and that Dream was splitting her time between both parents.

However, things are set to change, as New York-based law attorney Alyssa Eisner of Sager Gellerman Eisner LLP explained that "Nobody has a superior right to this child because there’s nothing in official writing, so no one has been provided custody."

Eisner, who is not linked to both Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, explained that the court will definitely look into the "change in circumstance that now brings one of them to court. For example, these pornographic images or allegations of abuse or orders of protections."
