The "Wild Thoughts" singer and the mystery guy were spotted by the onlookers getting cozy while enjoying a dip in the pool during their Ibiza getaway. On the same day, the two stepped out in public together where the Middle Eastern man was seen smiling while walking behind RiRi.
Who's the new guy?
According to E! News, the hunky guy is Hassan Jameel, a 29-year-old businessman who is currently the Deputy President and Vice Chairman of the family business Abdul Latif Jameel.
The company acquired distribution rights to Toyota in Saudi Arabia in 1995, placing them on the Forbes' list of richest Arabs in the world. Reports further stated that his family owns Saudi Professional League or Jameel League which was founded in 1976.
Before he was linked to Rihanna, Hassan was previously mired in dating rumors with Naomi Campbell after they were spotted in London's British Summer Time in 2016. The business tycoon sported a casual look in a white shirt and NBA cap, while the English supermodel was wearing a pair of sunglasses and green visor while watching a Stevie Wonder performance.
A source told The Sun that the "We Found Love" singer and her new beau have been seeing each other since January, but have decided to keep their romance under wraps.
The source added that Rihanna is said to be in love with Hassan after getting to know him. Another affiliate described their relationship as the "real deal" and added that the songstress has been open about her feelings for him.
What's going on between RiRi and Naomi?
The singer and model were once best friends until an eagle-eyed fan noticed that the two have stopped following each other on Instagram in March.
When asked about it, Naomi insisted that "everything's fine" between them but indicated otherwise when she said that she is also an actress now.
Although neither of them has addressed the issue, fans are now speculating that their beef was caused by Rihanna dating Naomi's ex-boyfriend. In fact, a source told Hollywood Life that the English supermodel was allegedly "furious" when she saw RiRi and Hassan's photos circulating on the internet.
It added that the 47-year-old runway model thinks "she's hotter and more successful than Rihanna" and doubts that her relationship with the Middle Eastern businessman will last long.
