Donal Logue, who plays Harvey Bullock on Fox's "Gotham," posted an unusual appeal on his Twitter Tuesday. He sought the public for help in finding his child, Jade (also known as Arlo).

Jade, 16, was last seen at 2 p.m. Monday around the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Donal Logue also posted a photo of his child and described the teenager to be "6'2" in height and about 180 lbs. Jade was last seen wearing "lime green hoodie dark green military parka," according to his father.

Since posting the tweet, many of Donal Logue's celebrity friends shared the post on their profiles and gave support to their colleague.

But curiously, the actor has since deleted the tweet. As of press time, no other updates have been issued by his reps regarding the teenager's status.

No missing person's file?

Various news outlets claim Jade Logue's disappearance was unknown to the police, which means no one from the family formally filed a missing person’s report with the NYPD. Gossip Cop, however, confirmed a file on Arlo Logue was lodged with the police Monday. The news site also alluded Jade/Arlo is a transgender.

Allegedly, Jade Logue used to tweet about being transgender but the teenager pretty much doesn't keep an active social media profile. In fact, Jade's Twitter only had 138 followers and less than 20 posts, according to Heavy.

Meanwhile, Donal Logue would sometimes post about his kids on his Twitter. When Jade/Arlo turned 15, the actor asked his followers to send his child a birthday greeting. Aside from Jade, the actor and dad also have another son, Finn.

Donal Logue’s background

Aside from "Gotham," Donal Logue also starred in "Vikings," "Sons of Anarchy" and "Grounded for Life,” among other TV appearances.

He had a special recurring role in "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."

He has also worked alongside Nicolas Cage, Mark Wahlberg, Alan Rickman and Mark Ruffalo on the big screen. But it has been “Gotham” that has made him a household name.

While his family has roots in Ireland, the actor was born in Canada and moved around a lot as a child.

In a Reddit AMA several years back, he remembered living in Boston in his family's first few years in America but he mostly grew up in Calexico in California.

Today has homes in both Oregon and Los Angeles and participates in an amateur soccer team when he's not working on a movie or TV show. He is married to Kasey Walker, the mother of his two boys.
