Lucasfilm has revealed the names of “Han Solo Movie” characters. According to Comic Book, Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Donald Glover, and Joonas Suotamo play Han Solo, Beckett, Lando Calrissian, and Chewbacca, respectively.
The film also features Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Ian Kenny, and Michael K. Williams in undisclosed characters. Despite the secrecy surrounding the movie, a few details have been leaked to the internet. Characters named Van, Mother Proxima, and Dylan Vos are reportedly a part of the film. The filmmaker has not provided details about the nature of characters of Alden, Woody, Donald, and Joonas.

It is one of the most anticipated Hollywood movies. Phil Lord has directed the project, with Christopher Miller serving as executive producer. Jon and Larence Kasdan have written the story and dialogues.

Filming began in February 2017, at Pinewood Studios.
The movie is scheduled to be released on May 25, 2018. The story revolves around a young guy, Han Solo, who meets Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Mos Eisley Cantina of “Star Wars.” They make some exciting plans for life, but encounter a lot of problems as the villain, Lando Calrissian, wants to destroy the city. They team up to stop Lando from this evil mission.

The development
In March 2014, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced that two standalone movies would be developed, with Simon Kinberg and Lawrence Kasdan serving as screenplay writers.
The studio did not confirm their names. However, it hinted at the Boba Fett and Han Solo characters. In June 2015, Lucasfilm announced that “Han Solo Movie” will focus on how the young man became a smuggler and got involved in drug trafficking and money laundering. Soon he realizes his mistakes and says goodbye to the world of crimes.
Han Solo is a popular character in the “Star Wars” film series. It was first introduced in 1977 blockbuster, “Star Wars,” followed by “Millennium Falcon,” and others. Since May 2014, all licensed “Star Wars” comics and novels revolve around this character. For example, Brian Daley wrote several novels (The Han Solo Adventures), exploring how Han Solo and his best friend, Chewbacca, became smugglers.
