From Miranda Kerr tying the knot with Snapchat boss Evan Spiegel, to Colton Haynes' proposal to Jeff Leatham, it's definitely a season to celebrate love in all forms!
'I said yes!'
Leatham took to his Instagram account to express overflowing love to his fiancé, who pulled off his own proposal over the weekend after the former surprised Haynes with an engagement several months ago. On March 12, the American writer professed his love to the "Teen Wolf" star on a romantic night in Mexico.
Haynes was the first one to share the special moment to his followers by uploading a photo of him and Leatham kissing in front of a fireworks display.
A source close to the couple said the writer even prepared a video presentation of Cher singing their "I Got You Babe" and another video message from their family and friends.
After the proposal, Leatham and Haynes turned emotional while watching the fireworks display while Bruno Mars' "Marry You" was playing on the background. Cher, on the other hand, revealed she knew about the writer's plan a month before he actually popped the question.
'Let's get married!'
Two months later, it was Haynes' time to surprise his other half with his own proposal. On Saturday, the American writer said yes to the former "Arrow" actor, who apparently placed the engagement ring in a glass of Dom Perignon. Of course, the celebrity did not forget to play Cher's "I Got You Babe" during his romantic proposal to Leatham.
It was in February when the actor broke the hearts of thousands of fans when he announced his relationship with the American writer through social media. Haynes posted a black-and-white photo of himself with Leatham and captioned it with a short, yet romantic message.
The actor said his beau has made him want to become a better person, adding that he feels "so blessed" to have found a man like Leatham to love in life.
The celebrity florist and writer reposted the photo and captioned it with a single word that described his feelings, "blessed."
Life before Leatham
The "Teen Wolf" actor previously suffered from mental health issues before his partner came into his life. In December, Haynes personally shared his experience in a column he wrote for Paper Magazine.
He even revealed how drugs ruined his life.
He went from being outgoing to closed up. Haynes was isolating himself from his family and friends before he decided to seek help and found his way out of his dark past.
