After weeks of speculations that swirl around the release of “The Hitman’s Bodyguard,” the final word is that this movie will hit a theater near you on June 17. The film has already driven fans with hilarious teaser trailers that were released two days ago.

Both of the trailers give glimpses of the characters of Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds. “The Hitman’s Bodyguard” is a story of world’s top bodyguards, played by Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson. During the peak days of their career, both of them stop caring about their belongings and relatives.

Eventually, a time comes when they lose everything including the wealth and families. There’re a lot of impressive dialogues in this movie, creating excitement among fans.

Patrick Hughes directs this action comedy, co-produced by David Ellison and scripted by Tom O'Connor. In addition to Ryan and Samuel, the movie features Salma Hayek, Elodie Yung, and Gary Oldman. In May 2016, David Ellison announced that he is working on an action movie under his banner Skydance Media. Upon its release this summer, Millennium Films will distribute “The Hitman's Bodyguard” all over the world.

Last month, it was rumored that Ryan is out of the cast and Dwayne Johnson will play the lead role.
