Fifth Harmony split? Ally Brooke is performing her first solo concert in Brazil. The Fifth Harmony member is the latest one to work on her solo music career.
The remaining four members of Fifth Harmony are working on a new album that's supposedly entirely different from their last one, "7/27." The 23-year-old has previously stated that she's still working with her girls in the recording studio and that it's going to be a lot more fun than their previous albums.
The U.S. girl group wants to infuse each of their individual personalities into their new album now that former band member Camila Cabello is out.
The "Bad Things" singer ditched the group in December to pursue her own solo career. So far, Camila Cabello has been recording new music with various artists and rappers for her own upcoming solo album.
Ally Brooke leaving Fifth Harmony to pursue a solo career?
It's no secret that music producers want to work with Fifth Harmony. They are known for hit songs like "Work From Home," "Sledgehammer," and "Worth It." Camilla Cabello is rumored to be working with Diplo, and has already lent her vocals on Cashmere Cat's new song "Love Incredible."
Meanwhile, Lauren Jauregui is collaborating with Steve Aoki, as seen on their respective social media accounts. Ally Brooke is the latest one to work on solo music after she was seen hitting the recording studio with Lost Kings.
The band took to their Instagram page to share a photo of themselves with the songstress, providing fans little details on what song they're working on.
Twitter fan account "Ally Brooke Online" revealed that the singer has plans to release solo music following in Camila Cabello's footsteps. The music will be released this summer to coincide with her appearance in Brazil.
Ally Brooke headlining Brazilian music festival
Ally Brooke subtly confirmed her plans to go solo by revealing that she will be headlining a music festival in Brazil as a solo act. She won't be performing with her Fifth Harmony band members.
Sao Paolo's W+ Festival took their official Twitter account to break the news. They confirmed that she is headlining the festival, which is scheduled in the South American city on July 2.
The festival has not provided any additional information about her first-ever solo performance or the tour itself. Fans will have to wait and see what songs she will perform when she makes her solo debut.

Harmonizers have been freaking out over the news on social media. They have been commenting on the pop star's social media accounts, asking if the groups will split just weeks after Camila Cabello's sudden departure from the band.
Ally Brooke further caused speculation by sharing a photo of herself on stage with Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui, and Normani Kordei along with a touching message. The photo showed the girls performing at a recent concert in Texas. While she is actively working on her solo music career, it's clear that she's still very much involved with the band.
